Shipping time

Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

  • EU/USA/Canada: 7-15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days
  • Express: 4-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore it’s not guaranteeing delivery dates and these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to the pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 5 to 7 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the logistics center, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.

Delivery problems

  1. If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.
  2. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
  3. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:(a) you provided the wrong or missing address/phone number for delivery;(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at theaddress for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
